Custom Stainless Steel Tubing Fabricators

HypoTube is at our core. This tube, typically 304 or 316 Stainless Steel comes in sizes from .008” (.2mm) up to .259” (6.6mm) with various wall thickness.

Fractional and custom drawn sizes are available in welded or seamless up to ½” diameter from stainless steel, aluminum, copper or titanium.

Electro-Polishing | Colorado HypoTube | Westminster

We offer Electro-Polishing at Colorado HypoTube:

Electro-Polishing is a process that involves submerging a stainless steel part into a solution of Phosphoric acid and other chemicals while applying an electrical current. Variables include time, temperature and current that interact with the total surface area of the part being treated.

Electro-Polishing can be used to clean, shape or polish stainless steel as required and always leaves the part passivated and free of contaminates.

Variations in current and temperature can be manipulated to round edges, remove burrs or even bring parts to a sharp point. HypoTube can be brought to a razor edge with skillful application of this process.
